We are disparaged by your comment and find this to be a very personal and inaccurate attack on one of our leaders. You haven’t posted any constructive feedback, but we are proud to provide countless opportunities to speak up about ways Ensemble can improve and we encourage this each and every day. Our leaders, including Shannon, are in constant communication with our associates through a number of different platforms and welcome open and honest feedback. Shannon personally distributes a weekly Sunday video blog to all associates offering guidance and inspiration that encourages associates to not only be The Difference at Ensemble, but in their everyday lives. She also provides her personal cell phone number to all associates. During our quarterly Town Halls, associates have the opportunity to hear directly from our leaders about companywide updates and the future of Ensemble. During the Town Halls, associates are able to submit ‘Fishbowl Questions’ that our leaders read and answer candidly. Our associates are always encouraged to contact our Executive Leadership Team directly if they feel there is an issue that isn’t being properly addressed by their direct leader.
