Cannot speak for all departments but customer service department was unorganized, always verbally attacked by customers because another department did not complete a task in a timely manner. Customer Service department is usually the last to know what changes are being or have been made with clients.

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
