Leadership in Public Benefits does not communicate with you but only via email or meetings that are documented so they can use this information against you in the future. When you speak up regarding performance issues they bring up and ask for clarification, they completely ignore you. When you have confidential conversations with management regarding other management, they run to tell the others like a high school cliche. They promote you and then give you no extra duties, even though you are in a leadership role. They bad-mouth you to the onsite client that you work for. They do not follow protocols in place for COVID-19 exposure and do not care to educate themselves on the policies set forth by the client you work with.
