      To many Indians not enough chiefs. Nobody knows what is going on, there are to many people involved in the company. They constantly get new managers never promote inside the company. People are left wondering how things work within the company. They will ask you to work overtime and weekends to make goals.

      The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
