It's a great company to work for I'd say they are cool, laid-back as long as you do what you have to do working from home everything should be fine.

It feels rushed with the amount of calls you have to take per-day it's like it's a demand by the company.

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Svantaggi

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
