This is my first workplace. I joined here as a Trainee Scriptwriter and got confirmed as a Project Manager after 4 months. Great workplace! It's a great place to start with - can climb up the success ladder quite effectively if you have the right talent. I learnt a lot after I joined the team and also increased my skill set. Even my colleagues are great! The Team Lead is really helpful and supportive. Annual picnics and group activities are organized periodically which enhances the team bonding.
