Decent pay, great coworkers, simple work, spacious company building and cafeteria within the building.

Very limited time off opportunities, you are told pushing credit cards are not a requirement but still count against you if you don't, upper management sometimes resorts to guilt tripping and gaslighting to get a narrative across, very limited to no communication between upper and lower management, feels like upper management has no regard for the feelings or outside lives of the employees.
