Good company , Terrible Senior Management - Recensione dipendente - Product Manager presso Entain India

Senior Management is just awful. They do not have any credibility or credentials and just love to play politics and micromanage people. The CEO has his friends from previous company hired .Not only they have no real work , but also, their attitude towards other people is terrible & unprofessional to the core. They go around threatening people. There is no growth or growth path for Product/BA role. People with 15+ years of experience also have the 'BA' title. 'Work from home' only available to these 'friends'. The overall culture of mistrust and disrespect.
