The entire company is based on the click system. If you are not in thier click, your fate has been sealed from day one, and you have usually about one year, before they fire you. They believe the only way you can be in Commerical Air Conditioning, is by how they train you thier way. They completely micro-manage all thier employees, which causes everyone, other than management, and senior techs to want to quit. There is a huge separation in the company, between one to five year techs, verus 5 to 10 year techs. Management along with senior techs have a bad attuide that they are better in the company, and do not offer any help to futher education for new techs.

Paychecks don’t bounce, get a company truck, plenty of work

Pms don’t manage team or jobs and upper management doesn’t want to see it, When it’s brought up its immediately shot down. Nobody is held accountability
