Entegra is a great place to work

I really enjoy working here

Co-workers are like family. Focus is on giving the best customer service rather than trying to sell unneeded services to clients just to get a tick mark.

If there is a con it would be that executives and board decided to go public to get rich and now we are being acquired by a bigger bank. Which means everything will change and the long history of this bank truly servicing the community will be lost and replaced with high pressured sales and tick marks required by the acquiring bank.
