I’ve been at Enthuse for a few years now and honestly really enjoy working here. The mission behind what we do actually means something. It’s rewarding to know we’re helping charities raise more and make a bigger impact.
The people are a big part of why I’ve stayed. It’s a supportive, friendly team where everyone gets stuck in. You’re trusted to get on with things, but there’s always someone willing to help when you need it.
Leadership is approachable and open. You feel listened to and like your opinion matters. There’s also plenty of room to grow and take on more if you’re motivated.
