The people at the business are awesome, from the top right through all of the teams there’s an open and collaborative culture. I really like getting to work on lots of different clients and also with lots of different people in the business. It’s a growing business which means there’s lots of development opportunities and you get exposure to things that would take a lot longer to get exposure to in a big corporate.

Sometimes communication can be a little hard between the teams, mainly because in an agency environment things can change really quickly due to client requests which can cause last minute changes that have to be navigated.
