      Toxic leadership culture driven by personal relationships, which creates an unprofessional and fear-based environment. - Gaslighting around performance targets are set, then later dismissed or changed without warning. - Emotional manipulation disguised as “feedback,” even when hitting KPIs. - High turnover, over 47 people have left in 2 years, and the cycle continues because the root problems aren’t addressed. - Work-life balance is poor, and even staying late or putting in extra effort isn’t recognised, only punished or picked apart. - No real support or development unless you ask for it.

      - Your co-workers are very friendly. - Lots of drinking if you’re into that lifestyle.

      - Terrible senior leadership, ran like a dictatorship. - No HR presence at all, major red flag. - Zero benefits, just a basic wage and commission for sales roles. - Outrageous monthly targets that are never hit but continue to increase each month for a never ending cycle of failure.
