Every event has its own vibe, which keeps things interesting. I enjoy being part of a team that cares about doing things right. The chefs and leads are respectful and make sure we’re ready before guests arrive. Most shifts run smoothly, and we get to work in some amazing venues. It’s definitely the kind of job where the crew matters, and here, that’s a good thing.
