BAD HIRING PROCESS - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Entra Solutions

To be honest, I haven't seen this type of recruitment process before in my career of 11 years. After clearing all the rounds and submitting all the required docs, they kept me waiting for 2 long weeks and after that, they don't have the courage to share the final CTC they could offer me and stopped picking up my calls and responding back to my messages. Really bad hiring process.
