Property Solutions can offer a nice paycheck, learning experience, fun environment,and new friendships. My time at PSI, although frustrating at times, was filled with way more positive than negative experiences. The culture of the company is favorable. I really feel like they are making a push to make their employees feel valued. I was a Big Deal at PSI and although I know not everyone can be a Big Deal, they are doing a good job of helping lesser deals feel like bigger deals than they currently are. ;) One other perk... I had way more vacation time there than I do now.

Like most jobs, it can be stressful. However, I feel like much of PSI's stress could be mitigated with better internal communication. Poor communication is the key to the frustration that I see most people encounter at PSI. If a product is not ready, please do not tell us it is, and then have us sell an incomplete package.
