I worked for many years and loved my job but there are so many changes occurring and it’s just feeling reckless at this point. A new ceo and more new executives have been brought on, it’s apparent they don’t know the business, products, or industry but are here to help us grow - odd. Feels like a boys club is being built at the top with the new ceo bringing in his buddies to do his bidding, many in leadership have discussed walking and have started looking - no one speaks up as the new regime is in. I jumped before I felt like It was going to get worse. Previous executives seem to have lost control and are being replaced at a pace faster than anyone expected. New leadership continues to discuss financials and it’s clear it’s heading towards IPO and that’s the focus and it’s losing focus on employees, customers, and culture and it’s about margins and revenue - words and actions don’t seem to be matching. Previous CTO bailed he was fantastic to work with, wouldn’t be surprised to see more senior leaders bail with the change and arrogance that has come in. Sad to see all that was built and the culture torn down so fast - best wishes to Entrata, glad I bailed hope they get through it.
