Svantaggi
I joined this company expecting challenges, but what I found was complete organizational chaos. There was no clear product vision, no technical roadmap, and no meaningful leadership direction. Priorities changed constantly, decisions were reactive rather than strategic, and teams were left to figure things out on their own. The codebase was one of the worst I have encountered in my career. Technical debt was ignored, basic engineering standards were absent, and there appeared to be little interest in improving code quality or maintainability. Instead of investing time in fixing underlying issues, the culture seemed focused on shipping quick fixes that created even more problems. The onboarding process was practically nonexistent. New hires were expected to become productive immediately despite receiving little documentation, minimal guidance, and almost no knowledge transfer. Questions were often met with indifference rather than support. The team culture was equally disappointing. Collaboration was weak, knowledge sharing was rare, and there was little appetite for learning, mentorship, or continuous improvement. Rather than working together to solve problems, people often operated in silos. What made the experience especially frustrating was the disconnect between expectations and support. Management expected high performance and rapid delivery while failing to provide the processes, documentation, training, leadership, or engineering practices necessary for success. This company has significant work to do in leadership, engineering culture, onboarding, and team collaboration before it can provide a healthy environment for software professionals. I would strongly advise prospective employees to ask detailed questions about technical standards, onboarding, team support, and leadership direction before accepting an offer.
