employees really know their stuff and work hard and efficiently - independent work setting, experts in what they do, relaxed work environment, fun if you are "one of them", cookouts, tailgates, etc. A lot of camaraderie, focused on excellence (in their technology)/ making the strongest products

very little feedback, male-oriented/boys club mentality, low pay, some of the employees lack respect for females: there have been times where individuals are openly unprofessional about talking about female interns etc (the company dynamic is very college-like) and there was no system for reporting these kinds of incongruities
