The company is moving at a dinosaur pace more than ever since it was acquired by a hardware company. The ability to innovate and execute is at a standstill. Competitors are beginning to eat their lunch and management seems to be in a fog about this. Ability to grow seems to be contingent on current customers. Operationally this company is weak as roadmap and vision is cloudy. Sales team is strength here and there has been and will continue to be turnover around key producers. There doesn't seem too much urgency in fixing the problems from executive management and morale is getting worse.
