The CEO's manipulative behavior, unreasonable demands, and high expectations created a very stressful work environment, leading to a crazy turnover rate. This place is not worth sacrificing your mental health. Thankfully, I realized quickly that you can have a much better relationship with work when you work at places that don't gaslight and abuse employees.
