Management will tell you anything you want to hear to get you hired, then change up after a few months. Expect to work every weekend with no coverage if you want off. Your hard work will not be appreciated. Very high turnover rate. People constantly being hired and quitting in all positions. Unfair pay rates. You can do 3 times the amount of work and still make less than someone who just got hired on.
