Constantly dissing competition, insisting own moral superiority. Many young managers. Constant power struggle with boss. Everybody insists that we are collaborative, but the job, by construction, puts you in competition with your peers. They have a big firing season between february through may to make room for the big hiring seasons in the summer months, after schools let students out.
