I'm never bored working here and am well compensated for doing a good job. Very fun company culture as well. Don't need to be at a certain management level to do what you want to do in your job.

You need to learn to say no. There is infinite work you could potentially do at any point, so learn to budget your time to work on the important things and say no when you don't have time. That's an important skill within your control to maintain a good work/life balance
