Good pay but too many processes - Recensione dipendente - Technical Services Engineer presso Epic

There were way to many processes to go through. If you wanted to update code or help a customer make changes, you'd have to check off so many boxes and consult with a number of people before that could happen. There was also an insane amount of recurring tasks to complete and it really felt like I could have been spending my time on more impact full things.
