It's hard to even know where to begin. This might be one of the more toxic work environments from a management side that I have ever encountered. I essentially got no onboarding or training. The expectation for billable client hours was 95-100%. Which gave me no time to do anything else while there was creative to be done. A couple of months after my hire date, they put me on all the accounts where hardly any work was going on and I continually got talked to about how poor my performance was and not getting enough done until I was eventually let go. I was set up to fail. There was little to no managing of clients or their expectations. The turnover between account managers and the digital department approached 100% in my short time there, and the expectation was to work overtime, work through your lunch and not take any breaks. God forbid if you wanted to leave a few minutes early . The benefits they offered to be more "competitive" are a joke. 3 whole days of paternity leave, 1% matching 401k that vested after 5 years and an additional 2 days of PTO off per year, totaling 17. You On paper, yes they have benefits. If you like a hyper competitive work place that has toxic management, micro manages your time, offers benefits that aren't really benefits and treat you more like a high school student than an actual adult, this will be the agency for you.
