      - The workers: there is great teamwork in this company, and its work environment is unmatched. - Flexible hours – a great advantage worth recognizing.

      - Annual layoffs: Since they began, the team has been drastically reduced, and with AI, they expect you to do the work that other roles used to handle. There are no rehires, but they still expect the same flow on the backlog. - Low or no growth (in all my years, I've received good or excellent FY ratings; I've never had a "needs improvement"). - Great company to start at, but a bad company to grow in (new hires end up earning similar salaries to employees with 5 or more years of experience).

      It’s been a really positive experience working at Epicor. I’ve had the chance to work on meaningful roles, partner closely with great teams, and continue learning along the way. The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals. Overall, it’s been a place where I’ve been able to grow and actually enjoy the day-to-day.
