      This is a nice company and I have a nice team of people, including several in other countries, but you still feel as though you are part of the wider team. The department boss takes the time to make contact and ask how you are getting on. Nice open plan office and opportunities to progress and take on responsiblity. Not made to feel like a "junior", but as valuable as other team members equally.

      The atmosphere can be very quiet and there aren't many social aspects to the company, compared to other places I have worked.

The people here make a big difference—there’s a strong sense of collaboration, and it feels like everyone is working toward the same goals.
