      The office I worked out of was very flexible with working from home and taking time off. Amount of paid time off was good, but my team was an outlier.

      Laying off workers every quarter. They opened an office in India and had our team training them for 6 months while saying, "nobody's job is in jeopardy." Then they cut the team I worked on from 5 to 2 over 2 rounds of cuts(6 months) as well as about ten other employees in the office. Underpaid for industry standard for what work we were doing. Claimed we weren't a "24 hour" yet we were expected to work and answer emails at almost all hours.

      Thank you for your review. We are glad your time at Epsilon gave you the flexibility you needed but we wish your tenure ended on a more positive note. New global realities are changing the business landscape not only for Epsilon but for our clients as well. These changes are forcing all companies to adjust and make strategic business decisions to ensure success now and in the future.
