Lack of ability to grow in your career. You're treated like an idiot child more than half the time and your creativity is stifled due to egos. Respect for the employees who put in most of the effort is nonexistent. Don't expect your hard work to pay off, and if it ever does finally come to fruition, it's LONG overdue.
