Large company with small company feel giving access to senior leadership and collaboration cross-functionally. The company is evolving in a lot of good ways including diversity, flexibility in working from home and approach with clients.

Professional growth is hard and subjective. There isn't any standardization or transparency in terms of path to promotion. Account assignment is very subjective with a lot of room for favoritism to influence who gets what accounts; unfortunately, book of business plays a big role in growth. Little equity across teams even in the same department. How things are approached greatly depend on who you report to. A lot of growing pains in integrating with Publicis Groupe, especially on the sales side.
