Great technology, platforms and products. Most of the teams are willing to adapt and evolve with the industry. Large company with small company feel giving access to senior leadership and collaboration cross-functionally. The company is evolving in a lot of good ways including diversity, flexibility in working from home and approach with clients.

Svantaggi

Professional growth is hard and subjective. There isn't any standardization or transparency in terms of path to promotion. Account assignment is very subjective with a lot of room for favoritism to influence who gets what accounts; unfortunately, book of business plays a big role in growth. Little equity across teams even in the same department. How things are approached greatly depend on who you report to. A lot of growing pains in integrating with Publicis Groupe, especially on the sales side.

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
