Grossly behind average pay. Considering the “great resignation” occurring and wicked inflation for cost of living, it’s tough to stay motivated in the job knowing I could go elsewhere for the same exact role and easily make 20K+ more. Promotion path isn’t that clear - they’ve worked on making this more straight forward the past few years and are definitely heading in the right direction, but everything top down takes MONTHS (if not years) to implement
