Most support falls directly to development teams, which makes progress on current projects very difficult. Some managers understand that this impacts schedules but most seem to ignore that fact. Infrastructure is week, systems are very slow and problematic. Integration of the multiple companies that Epsilon has purchased seems to cause this.
