The facilities are really good Good Organisation to work with Supportive work culture and many projects

If you are a fresher this may not be for you as the projects are mid/large tier and they are in a mature state, hence you wouldn't be seeing dynamic development across different phases of SDLC. Things would be in a slow phase, Once you get good experience then switching to this company would be a good move.
