Very diversified. Average age is mid thirties. Cooperative spirit, little or no fingerpointing between employees, good socialbility and 1st Friday of each month is bagel Friday, fresh baked bagel, cream creams and assorted coffees.

About the only thing that jumps out is the department organization structure. Team management leaders have minimal business contact with individual project team members. Team members must explain what they work on to the team mangers and the managers evaluate the members performance. I don't understand why the indidual project leader does perform evaluations because they know the abilities and capabilities of their respective team members

Diverse client base. Flexible hours depending upon who you work for. Great employees that offer a lot of experience and talent.

Svantaggi

No leadership. Understaffed. Unrealistic time lines. Managers are expected to be fully engaged (close to %100) on client projects which leaves no time or interest in managing. There is no career path for experienced/seasoned IT professionals. If you were one of the lucky ones to be promoted to Director you now belong to the untouchables. Focus is on making profit margins not employee or client satisfaction.
