-Revolving doors make it hard for any directives to remain intact -Data assets are always changing so staying on top of product/process knowledge is next to impossible -Data integration across platforms is difficult to maneuver making the job much more complex than it should be -Role responsibilities aren't clearly communicated to all support groups which makes it hard to stay within your lane while working across business units

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
