Everything. Leadership is horrible. Micro-managers everywhere. Non-stop internal meetings taking away from selling time, no training to learn products, no leads provided to sales. Everything is generated through cold calls by the sales people. Expectation is for seasoned salespeople to convert to cold-callers/inside sales people.
