- 3+2/2 (3 days a week in office, 2 days WFH and 2 weeks of WFH per year) is ok Many would prefer better flexibility as per team convenience, there is no point in coming to team if the team is global. - Cross team communication should be improved. - Many teams still don't follow AGILE model, though organization is forcing towards AGILE.

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
