*MANAGEMENT -A manager told me my chest looked bigger in the dress I was wearing. -Managers kept tabs on where I was at all times. -Managers would have "meetings" all the time but would not have meetings for their teams consistently. Honestly can't stand most of the Managers there, petty and pathetic.

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
