From day 1, I was welcomed from everyone. The team is great. There is great synergy. At anytime, everyone is willing to help each other and give advice and positive feedback, There is great team work. Abdel is great to work with. Always available to help you and ascertain that you are well. Great sense of humour! A very positive experience so far. Also, love the fact that we are in the office 3 days weekly!

There are a lot. First, office politics. Equifax expects employees to be very corporate and robotic. Metrics metrics metrics. 100% focused on revenue, not customers. Metrics, metrics, metrics. PIP overuse. Even when you’re 150% to yearly plan 6mo in, they expect 300%. Make sure to keep receipts. Senior management will find the most ridiculous ways to push reps out, continently right before a huge payout of a very delayed commission plan. (Sell something in Jan 2025, you will only get a fraction of commission until June 26). That’s if the exception committee approves payout (which never happens). If you sell a big deal, don’t expect to get paid 100% of what the plan says.
