Global Operations Analyst - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Equinix

I worked as a part of the Global Operations Strategy team for 9 months at Equinix. It is the worst experience I have ever had working in Silicon Valley. The work atmosphere is extremely hostile - constant bickering,bombarding. While Equinix is a great company to work for, the global operations department has the lowest employee satisfaction ratings and the way it is run speaks for it. There is no room for creativity, innovation- just do what you are told to do. There is a lot of favoritism - if you are in the good books of management your life is comfortable and good, else you are in hell! There is a top down management execution failure in this department. I would advise anyone to stay away from the Global Operations strategy team at Equinix.
