I have been very lucky to have had the opportunity to travel to different offices, and meet amazing hardworking individuals within the global legal team. Our legal department has some of the best leaders that I have ever worked for in my 8 years of experience, our EMEA VP and Chief Legal Officer are two very inspiring leaders and impact the team heavily in a positive way. I have been supported and given new opportunities to learn new skills and get involved in projects that interest me which is key for my development. The leaders actively want to help you succeed in your career aspirations and welcome energy and ambition. They say you are led by example, I have very good examples who inspire me on a daily basis.
