      The people here are awesome, some of the brightest I've ever had the opportunity to work with. The company is in an exciting growth phase, which really makes the work even more interesting. There's always a new and exciting challenge.

      Company is strong financially. No chance of layoff. Many opportunities to work overtime if you want extra hours.

      Hybrid which is nice, for what the job entails pay is ok I suppose at 60k. Every Wednesday there's food for employees.

      Earlier in the year the frisco office was closed down, so many employees including myself who add living arrangements now have to travel 3 days a week to the downtown office. Which is 45 minutes + with traffic. On top of that the shift times suck as someone who appreciates work life balance. 7 am to 7 pm. I would also say that there are many organizational changes and career growth seems limited.
