Very good team. Very supportive.

No bad experience so far

Worked as intern. From day 1 work was started without any induction/introduction. Can explore and build whatever you want. No restriction on tech stack, on upcoming projects.

No proper management. No proper policies. Documents/Appointment letters not provided to employees, very lazy when it comes to work of employees. No formal HR. Once a task is given, timeline is shared. Management will change the timeline asking you to finish things even before with what they have agreed every time. No mentor was provided. Lack of planning.
