My experience has been top notch since I joined. The team is excellent. This position gives me the freedom to determine how to manage my part in the business but the support needed when trying to work through hurdles. The entire team has an open door policy. I feel as though my feedback is valued and acted on. I hope and plan to stay with this company for many years.

Great communication and appreciate working from home but some more opportunity for face to face would be great!
