      Many cool, complex projects and some very smart and interesting senior employees to learn from.

      Culture - I noticed very cliquey, at times malicious behaviour, remniscent of high school. As a result, team morale was very low, and several team members have since expressed this, as well as favouritism, as the reasons they left the organization.
