Worst place to work especially for Girls - Recensione dipendente - Monitoring Engineer In SRS Department presso Era Infra Engineering

This is in reference to the review posted dated 20 Dec 2016: On behalf of the Management, I would like to clarify the following: Chairman of the organization is a role model for 3000 employees and 5000 people who are indirectly connected with us. Given remark by one of our Ex-employee seems to be immature. Working environment especially for the girls is very cordial and safe. Presently 10 girls/ woman are working at Head Office and some of them have been working from last 20 plus years but none have reported any complain of such nature till date. These lady staffs have been associated with us like family member, even their family members are also attached to organization directly or indirectly. We are shocked to see the review written by a Monitoring Engineer. He/ She might have worked for very short period and might have got misconception of the facts and circumstances. It is correct that sometimes we have to work till late hour, due to excess pressure from client to speed up the progress at project. In that case we provide food to all staffs. Further company provide vehicle for female employee to droop to their residence. Further, we have started paying salary in time from last six months. The organization is in transformation stage and our focus is towards creating a performance based and employee oriented work culture without compromising with value and ethics.
