I want to admit that I was hired at Brest, Belarus in "Ericpol Brest" and work almost all the time in "Ericpol" Krakow, Poland. Also worth mentioning that I had 0 experience, just finished my university.
It is a very good place to start your career. I have been involved in a project where customer was from Sweden. Inner language of the company, communication, both written and oral is English only + I spend half a year working in Stockholm, Sweden. During my employment years I got valuable skills working in a large multicultural company and greatly improved my business english.

Technical tools and language that was used in my project is very unique. That experience is unlikely needed for anyone else in the world except 2-3 companies.
Salary is good if you were hired from Belarus and are almost 100% of the time in business trip. People from Poland had received less money then we.
Ability to grow is limited.
