Decent company - Recensione dipendente - Sorftware Engineer presso Ericpol Telecom

I want to admit that I was hired at Brest, Belarus in "Ericpol Brest" and work almost all the time in "Ericpol" Krakow, Poland. Also worth mentioning that I had 0 experience, just finished my university. It is a very good place to start your career. I have been involved in a project where customer was from Sweden. Inner language of the company, communication, both written and oral is English only + I spend half a year working in Stockholm, Sweden. During my employment years I got valuable skills working in a large multicultural company and greatly improved my business english.

Technical tools and language that was used in my project is very unique. That experience is unlikely needed for anyone else in the world except 2-3 companies. Salary is good if you were hired from Belarus and are almost 100% of the time in business trip. People from Poland had received less money then we. Ability to grow is limited.

Very friendly and fun atmosphere and people. In-house cantina as well as the possibility to order lunch to your location (to the right floor!). Plenty of things I was able to learn. I wasn't treated worse than others (being an intern and not a full-time employee).

The internet connection was surprisingly slow, sometimes it dropped below 50 kB/s which is astonishing. My salary was delayed over a month due to people being late with sending papers over or others being on vacation and unable to sign said papers (a few others had the same problem).
