People are misplaced in the organization relative to their competence and strengths, e.g. Managers/VPs with very little/no technical understanding/skills placed in leadership positions where technology savviness is crucial for business decisions for the Region. Ericsson needs to embrace its technology roots at all levels! Gender diversity is going too far, i.e. Promoting women without critical skills in technology and leadership. By and large, the Engineering Operations personnel does not exhibit the in-depth knowledge that a world-class organization is expected to have.
